Keahu Kahuanui Instagram – Started the year with more trash dumped on me than a landfill. What do you do for stress like that? Me? I pedaled a few hundred miles 🚴‍♀️, threw myself out of a couple airplanes and a helicopter🪂, wore out a pair of brand new trail runners on 200 miles (yes, really) of mountain trails + camping 🏕️ 🥾 in bear territory. Worth it? Absolutely. Necessary? Probably not. Would do again? Yes. And what I can share with you now about what I learned along the way can maybe help you if/when you need to recenter, especially if it involves the outdoors and Mother Nature (bc she does, in fact, heal).
