This month I realized how much I actually compare myself to others when it comes to… everything really. So I’d like to share my own personal reminder: “this life is about you, your journey, not how better or worse you are compared to someone else. Any time you compare yourself to someone else, you waste time and energy, because you’re loosing sight and the feeling of what your true best self is or can be. Learn from who’s doing best what you want to do, but give yourself love during that process. Getting good takes time and hard work, contrary to what social media and some success stories might make you think. Remember the wins, not only the losses. Good thoughts bring good things, it’s crazy but it’s true. Believe that and you’ll see in time, as you’ve seen time and time again”
