Marlon Wayans Instagram – Marlon Wayans did something last night I’ve never seen before. Which is a near impossible feat because I watch a lot of comedy. Like, A LOT. And not this Spotify playlist, “hits only” comedy watching either that most people do these days on TikTok and Instagram stories. We’re talking the deep cuts and rarities kind of watching. Hell, I have a Lenny Bruce tattoo for crying out loud. So when it became clear to me that what Marlon was doing was new, fresh, novel (and in the truest, most original meanings of those words) and it was not only working, but utterly killing – I knew something special was taking place. How do you craft a set that’s both fall-out-of-your-seat hilarious while being heartbreakingly vulnerable and not only keep your audience engaged but completely enthralled? I have no bloody idea whatsoever but that’s exactly what Marlon Wayans did at Boxcar Comedy Club last night.
