Even though I lost the battle, that moment changed my life forever. Fast forward to today, he gave me an opportunity to feel that nervous energy again on triple threat. As we approach our season 2 finale I have to say thank you to Chef Bobby Flay for being a mentor, a friend, and for creating a competition that gives chefs an opportunity to feel what I got to feel on iron chef.
