Nakuul Mehta Instagram – When the good folks at @discoverychannelin reached out for a show which was to be shot at 14,000 ft above sea level, would take only 4 days of back breaking travel and 16 hours of non stop shoot which involved no time for acclimatisation (owing to my schedule), scouring for our own ingredients, cooking the most delicious barley risotto/ khichdi with smoked chutney and sharing poetry & life in a remote village in Spiti with an artist & chef I’m very fond of @ranveer.brar, it took me precisely 7 and half seconds to say YAAAAAS!

I promise you the warm shower which was had after the shoot of this insane ep was the hardest shower to get out off. I could feel my bones, joints and tissues like I never have before and yet I would do this again in a heartbeat.
