Paul Craig Instagram – Paul Craig UFC Fight Camp
With the next fight announced I thought I would give you a lil run down of how the training will look during this camp.
Obviously a lot of factors will come into play when we are going through a fight camp, things might come up and change the plan this is why we always say “a programme is written in pencil not pen”
But regardless, when November 18th comes round, we will be ready.
