Paul Nassif Instagram – As promised, here is an update on my incredible patient, Scarlett, 10-months after her primary rhinoplasty!
The swelling will be 85-90% gone in about two months, which will be the one-year mark, & will be fully gone after three years! She has noticed that her nose keeps getting better and better and her friends can hardly tell she got a nose job because of how natural the results look!
We’re both extremely happy with her progress so far & we will continue to keep you posted!

This teenage patient was self-conscious about her nose, so I performed a primary rhinoplasty to help her reach her goals!
She wasn’t happy with her large dorsal hump and the droopy tip, so much so that she didn’t want to look into the mirror and covered up her nose when she would take selfies!
Note: I received a lot of questions about what the appropriate age is to receive a rhinoplasty. We assess every person individually to determine the right time to intervene. This patient’s face was fully mature, so there will be no negative effects on the growing cartilages. I also did a more in-depth video about this question as well, which was posted on 8/29/23!
