Rouzbeh Rashidi Instagram – Over the past few days, I had an incredible time teaching an “experimental and personal filmmaking” course to a group of unique and great students worldwide as part of the @berlinartinstitute masterclass programmes. Although teaching has recently become my primary source of financial sustainability, I consider it an extension of my filmmaking and take it extremely seriously to the utmost level. I love working with and mentoring filmmakers and artists, and the outcome of what they produce is highly fascinating. For example, in this masterclass, we made a collaborative film between 12 artists from many different disciplines, and the result was sheer poetic sensorial cinematic work. I am very proud of every one of them; well-done indeed! @berlinartinstitute and I will organise several on-site physical courses in Berlin and other master classes in the coming months.
