For him embracing OTT was “an obvious, simple choice” and one that he took much before the pandemic wreaked havoc. Says Shahid, “For me it was as simple as if Mathew McConaughey can do a True Detective after winning an Oscar, then why are we making such a big deal? If I am watching it [OTT content] so much, then why am I not doing it?
