I myself struggled a lot with groggy mornings that would in turn spoil the whole day š
By AVOIDING the blue light from your phone screen, you give your brain a smoother transition into the day and also prevent the cortisol levels from being disrupted.
And GETTING MORE SUNSHINE keeps your circadian rhythm in balance while boosting serotonin levels.
This not only improved by mornings but also drastically made my nightās sleep quality so much better.
It doesnāt necessarily mean you need to wake up early, just means you start your mornings right! ā
So this week challenge yourself to get some sun as first thing in the morning WITHOUT using your phones and if you want to take it up a notch you can also try to inculcate a morning routine for yourself!
