My passion is mental health awareness and creating spaces for young people to have open dialogue about their well-being, kindness to self and others, as well as encouraging ways to foster good mental health and self love! 🩷 thank you ladies for making my day brighter with your kind hearts, laughs and excitement 🤗

My goal for the centre was to ensure the children enrolled can have the support they need academically while also having fun outlets to boost their morale, mental health and overall well-being. I’m so fortunate to have people around me who share this vision too!☺️ we are always stronger together and our impact can be much greater🤝🏽❤️

Yesterday I was invited to speak at the iSmile “walk it off” march and family day for cancer survivors, fighters and the taken. It was also the anniversary of my grandpa’s passing who unfortunately lost his battle to prostate cancer. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to commemorate him. He lives through me and the work I do as Miss World T&T. His altruism has inspired me and his passion for giving back is what guides me in life. Love you grandpa!
