Over the years I’ve come to see that inner critic who likes to criticize me and tell me I suck as a Compass. I now have a conversation with that voice and use it as a guide to show me my blind spots and then I problem solve. I use my climbing My Kilimanjaro as an example. Let me tell you my voice have a lot to say but I talked with it and was able to use its feedback to come up with solutions which led me to be in the best shape of my life and also successfully summit Mt Kilimanjaro. I use this tool all the time and hopefully it can be of some help to you as well. Try it out!
