本日、9月1日からいよいよ公開です。
世界各国の女性監督と女優がタッグを組んでそれぞれ作った短編は、どれも全く違う味わいがあります。
日本代表は呉美保監督と私で勤めさせていただきました。
日本の母親って、何でも1人で大半を背負うのが半ば当たり前。それってどうなのとか、どうしようとか、考える暇も無く、毎日はやってくる。
休みという休みのない繰り返しのような毎日の中に、ふとやってくる、あるサプライズ。
側から見たらささやかな日常の起伏なのかも知れないけれど、私は毎回見ると泣いてしまいます🥲それはあったかい涙。

A short omnibus film ［Tell It Like A Woman]that director Mipo Oh and I participated in is being released in Japan today.
I play a Japanese mother.
In Japan, most women are responsible for a large percentage of housework and childcare.
Many women bear this responsibility alone.
Every day comes and goes in a hurry, with no time to think about anything.
A surprise comes in the midst of the repetitiveness of daily life.
I cry every time I watch this movie. The tears are heartwarming.
