Anshula Kapoor Instagram – On world mental health day earlier this week, I had the privilege of joining @kushakapila @ananyabirla @tanejamainhoon & @varunduggi to have an open, honest, no holds barred conversation about the good bad and ugly side of mental health. I want for us to be able to talk about our mental health the same way we can about our physical health. Without stigma. Because our mental health affects every part of our life. There were days I couldn’t even get out of bed to brush my teeth, let alone put up a brave front and act “normal”. I was fortunate enough to be able to afford the resources I needed. Therapy truly gave me a new lease on life, and I am so happy to associate with a brand like @maybelline_ind that gives so much attention to a topic that is still surrounded by stigma and mockery.
