Arawinda Kirana Instagram – On my second year of living in Los Angeles, turned 22 and gave myself a big gift – my first apartment. After months of couch surfing, sleeping in a townhouse kitchen, working vigorously and saving up – I finally pulled some strings and committed to a quaint little studio in the neighborhood of my dreams. A small space, but big step into my independent adult life. This was always just a dream, but now, it’s my biggest achievement yet. And remembering that I started from literally 0… a skinny child of a divorced simple family from Bekasi with absolutely nothing but a passion for art and social work… it reminds me that my journey is a humble one, and encourages me to always give back to the communities and universes that allowed me to be here. I couldn’t have done this without every single one of you reading this. So thank you, for pushing me to grow and land exactly where I am today. Alhamdulillah, saya percaya rejeki terus datang untuk orang-orang baik.
