Somethings that have helped me over the years when my mental health has been low.
1. Speak up, staying silent and not seeking out the right help just elongates the process.
2. It is a process, a life long one
3. More sunlight and exercise
4. Be kinder to yourself and more caring towards yourself. Sometimes that means taking rest and time, sometimes it means pushing yourself.
Please reach out to help anyone you know, if they seem like they’re not in a good space. Make a safe space for them! Most of the times, just being able to talk helps unburden and process our mind and feelings
Inside your head is where you spend most of your life, try and make it a nice place.
