Soaring through the air upside down, singing her heart out, reminding us to love the imperfect versions of ourselves… and then she brought out @alanis and they sang “You Oughta Know” together and my inner teenager from CT exploded into a blur of Doc Martens, flannel and joy and for a minute they made 1990-1994 okay and not something I have to heal from but something I fucking survived.
Live music with real artists can do that. AI can’t.
