Dipannita Sharma Instagram – Like any other language, sign language is all about practice. With my surgery etc this year I hadn’t been very regular with it . It’s almost like starting afresh & the very first practice I decided on was #fingerspelling A to Z ! Basics first always … ok fitting hands in to reel format was a bit of a task haha… this requires more body space . Also fingers tend to freeze when you haven’t practiced for a while . Will try a quicker version at some point. Work in progress. So good for the hands & therapeutic. The ‘a’ needs to be a little more relaxed , as in the fingers need to be out a little. Mine is a wee bit ‘fisty’ in this one. Ok, one more due …
