Her intonation while chanting the mantras used to give us goosebumps. Even today, I recall the positivity of that spiritual aura created by Pipi with her hymns. Whether the prayers were offered by a male or a female priest, it never made a difference in my mind. It has always been the same for me. In 2011, Pipi left us. Since then, I could never quite capture that same feeling until today when I had the opportunity to witness Dr. Nandini Bhowmick and her team Shubhamastu enchanting the powerful mantras before Goddess Durga.
