It’s a totally healthy reaction to feel pissed off and scared with the world insanity. I know I have. Confused, anxious, full of helpless anger, fear and frustration at the way of things now. If we want lasting change, it’s just part of the process. But I’m tired of feeling hopeless and I’m not going to get lost there. Take care of yourself out there ❤️

I thought someone might need to hear this today. You’re not stuck, you’re healing. 2023 has been an insane roller coaster of ups and downs but keep fighting the good fight. Healing old emotional pain and patterns is shitty but it’s worth it to clear space for the life you’re supposed to be enjoying ❤️
