May is mental health awareness month. Just because someone looks like they’re happy on Instagram doesn’t mean that they actually are. You guys only see the positive and the good things that are happening in my life, but trust me I go through things too. This has been the most mentally, emotionally and difficult times for me which is why I haven’t been posting. Just wanted to keep it real and let you know that I’m human too. I got my degree in Psychology because mental health has always been important to me and I’m glad I can speak about it and use this platform 💚
