As I type this I’m overcome with pride and so humbled by the accomplishment. We launched Support Our Story as a way to create a pipeline for creatives to get their projects funded and to serve as a sort of incubator. Last week we crossed $1 million raised. I’m so happy I want to cry. 80 projects that celebrate our talent, our communities, and our diversity, have been funded! Hundreds of creatives from across the country have been hired. Because of these funds, our clients have attended film festivals, received awards, sold their projects, screened their films at movie theaters, and made their dreams come true. But it’s you! The 9200 backers that so far have contributed to these projects, who deserve all the praise. THANK YOU!
