To celebrate nearly a quarter of a millennia of whisky making, I explored the Orkney Island home of Highland Park
Orkney is a land characterised by its extraordinary nature. A rich tapestry of innovation, artistry, and heritage, this is ancient land, truly embracing the future.
I visited the ancient Hobbister Moor, a landscape dominated by breathtaking heather as far as the eye can see. Something magic happens here, and the result is a subtle peat smoke only found in Highland Park whisky.
