Izabella Miko Instagram – So grateful to have been able to experience sacred plants brought from the Amazon by @rasuyawa and his Yawanawa family to our @uniretreats Chanting in the sauna then jumping into the cold water from the waterfall and being bathed with these sacred plants right before sitting with the medicine in the ceremony are some of my favorite moments from our retreat. The herbal bath with these plants along with hape (tobacco powder medicine) really does calm the monkey 🙈 mind down 🙂 It’s incredible. It really feels so wonderful to be taken care of like that and trusting the process. What a blessing… Listen to this Yawanawa music and chants, that in itself will heal you ❤️
