I never thought at 51, I would be the CEO of my own small business. I’ve spent years dreaming up ideas and am so happy to be able to share my journey with other entrepreneurs. There really is no “secret”, it’s just hard work and perseverance that eventually will pay off if you keep at it. I liken starting your own business or projects to pushing a small ball up a mountain with your nose. Sometimes it feels impossible to get to the top, but you just have to keep pushing, even when that ball slips and falls a little or even all the way back to the bottom.
