Lakshmi Manchu Instagram – As I strolled through the hallowed halls of our new Parliament, I had the immense privilege of bearing witness to the historic Women’s Bill being passed in the Rajya Sabha. My heart swells with gratitude as I extend my heartfelt thanks to Modi Ji and Anurag Thakur Ji for bestowing upon me the honor of being part of this monumental moment in our nation’s history. Today, I stand on the precipice of a day that will forever be etched in my memory, a day I shall cherish till my last breath. My fervent hope is that I not only live to see a future where women are granted a resounding 50% of equal rights but that this day becomes a beacon of progress. It’s time to elevate our aspirations, for it’s disheartening to note that this bill has been presented five times, and its approval has been unjustly denied. Let our nation march forward, unified and determined, to secure equal rights for all.
