Martha Plimpton Instagram – Last night was completely unforgettable. Once again, an incredible group of people came together at @54below for @aisfororg’s #BroadwayActsforAbortion, and it was maybe our #bestyet. We broke our previous fundraising record, finishing at about 120k, and did some serious #abortionstigmabusting. Changing the culture, using art to move minds into new places, broadening our emotional vocabulary around #abortion and #reproductivejustice, forwarding #bodilyautonomyforall and helping #elevatetransvoices in the #reprorights movement. Our performers brought the audience to their feet, to their knees, to hysterics, and to tears. And our past beneficiaries shared their truths.
