Mary Katharine Ham Instagram – We are super thankful for this guy, who is among the most active and involved dads there is! We test his capacity for executive function and dedication daily, but he always comes through, rarely missing leg day, looking great in bunny ears and other costumes, and literally never forgetting to take out the trash. Really, it’s kind of amazing! The kids have learned so much from him, making them independent and self-sufficient in ways beyond their years. (The 18-month-old brings diapers and wipes, puts them back where they belong after diaper changes, and throws her dirty diapers in the trash.) It’s nearly impossible to get a pic of him with all four kids because it turns out having four kids involves a lot of passing them back and forth to each other in configurations of 2-and-2 or 3-and-1, but he is always there for all of them and for me.
