Home Actress Natalie Eva Marie HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers October 2023 Natalie Eva Marie Instagram - Day 2: Elk hunting in New Mexico we're getting a real feel for the place! We've been checking out the terrain, spotting herds of Antelope, and figuring out where the #Elk like to hang out – for eating and sleeping. It’s just stunning out here! Early on, we caught sight of a Bull Elk and a few cows. We wasted no time and fast hiked about 1.6 miles, up and down hills, trying to get a better look or maybe even a shot. But they move fast and left in a different direction. By the time we got to where we were headed, they were way off in the distance. I truly appreciate how fit you need to be to hunt in this kind of landscape. We’re talking miles of fast hiking, up and down rugged hills, through bushes, all while carrying a rifle and a heavy pack – and at 6800ft elevation, no less. I have a tremendous level of respect for the physical shape hunters have to be in! But what I deeply love, is the amazing bond that develops within one’s hunting party. Being out here, enjoying this amazing experience with everyone, there’s a unique bond forming. It’s really something special.

Natalie Eva Marie Instagram – Elk down: a mix of feelings swirling around all at once.

A surge of relief washed over me, knowing that my shot was true, bringing a swift end to the Elk’s life.

But above all, my heart swelled with a profound and overwhelming sense of GRATITUDE. I was grateful beyond words to #God for crafting such a magnificent and intricate natural ecosystem, where the delicate balance of life and death weaves a tapestry of existence. I felt humbled by the beauty of it all, grateful for my health, the strength in my body that allowed me to hike rugged terrains and fulfill my role in this timeless cycle of life.

The gratitude extended deeper, touching upon a realization of personal empowerment and responsibility. I had chosen to take my family’s health into my own hands, providing them with the most nutritious and wholesome meat available on this Earth. The realization dawned upon me that #hunting is beautiful; it is a profound connection to nature, a return to our roots, and a powerful statement of self-sufficiency.

In the face of conventional grocery stores, hunting stands as a stalwart alternative, empowering individuals to make conscious and informed choices about their food. The bounty of the wild offers meats that are not only free-ranging and organic but also superior in nutritional value. Compared to lean pork and beef, game meat boasts fewer calories, more protein, and a healthier balance of fats. It is untouched by the hormones, steroids, and chemicals prevalent in factory-farmed animals.

As I stood there, enveloped by the wilderness, a sense of clarity and purpose filled me. I realized that hunting is not just about the pursuit of game; it is about the pursuit of health, balance, and a deep, intrinsic connection to the world around us. Hunt for your health, for your family, and for the profound gratitude that comes with being a conscious part of this beautiful, interconnected web of life. New Mexico
Natalie Eva Marie Instagram – New Mexico #Elk #Hunt: Day One Reflection

Embarking on my second #hunting season in the picturesque landscapes of New Mexico, alongside cherished company, I am constantly reminded of the old adage, “Health is wealth.” Our journey towards a more conscious approach to food sourcing has evolved significantly. We’ve ventured into cultivating our own vegetables, rearing chickens for fresh eggs, and scrutinizing the origins of every edible we consume. The privilege of leading such a conscientious life doesn’t go unnoticed, and for this, I’m deeply appreciative.

Being an avid consumer of red meat, my preferences are unequivocal: I seek meat that is not only of premium quality but also dense in nutrients. Enter Elk.

A comparative analysis between 4oz of Elk tenderloin and Beef tenderloin provides intriguing insights:

Elk Tenderloin:
– 180 calories
– 3.9 grams of fat (abundant in omega 3)
– 35 grams of protein
– Laden with essential vitamins and minerals

Beef Tenderloin:
– 301 calories
– 19.3 grams of fat (sparse in omega 3)
– 29.9 grams of protein

Evidently, Elk stands unparalleled — it’s the veritable superfood within the meat domain!

The sheer joy of immersing oneself in nature, in the company of loved ones, and the pursuit of procuring wholesome food for our larder is immeasurable. Here’s to sustaining optimum health through informed choices!
