Home Actress Nisha Rawal HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers October 2023 Nisha Rawal Instagram - ♥️ I used to live in denial of my issues, was too proud to accept or society conditioned me to brush my own shortcomings, under the carpet! I have learnt to: 1. ACKNOWLEDGE my problems. 2. ACCEPT that this is happening to me. 3. RESPECT My EMOTIONS: Cry my heart out, talk to a friend, distance myself –without guilt & resistance. Allow my body to experience the loss or grief. 4. PRIORITISE MYSELF - Come what may, I come first - my health, sleep & food. If I ain’t physically strong i can’t solve my problems. 5. I WRITE DOWN MY PROBLEMS - make categories: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Financial. 6. I MAKE A PLAN: 1 for each category. Once my head is clear after i have addressed my emotions, I am able to think clearly. If i do not know how to make a plan, I talk to my elders, friends, therapists, professional advisors, enrol into a workshop for that category. 7. I FILTER HUMANS – I cherish friends who aren’t dismissive, toxically positive, give me space or stay quiet in the same room, who are there for me through their actions & not mere words. I Filter out the rest in categories of work friends, social friends, acquaintances. I Don’t get confused anymore. I keep my circle tight. I unfollow anyone who does not add value to my life or cheer me up. 8. I FOCUS ON SELF-GROWTH – i paint, read, declutter, put on my make up, invest in myself, wear well-fitted clothes, go to a nice gym or a walk in the garden. Age is strong number. The bigger the number, the richer my experience. I make it count! I always tell myself that I am my BFF! Expression is my superpower! It connects me to other humans in an empathetic & purposeful way! Showing your tears requires courage, don’t let anyone stop u from expressing! Tell me how u deal with difficult situations or leave a ♥️ if u feel me! Mumbai - मुंबई
