We lost a beloved family member way too soon, so suddenly the words “this just doesn’t make sense” echo through conversation after conversation, day after day. @andygrammer’s words touched my heart. 🙏 Reframing challenges and getting proactive (aka creative) with them has always brought me growth and joy. I look forward to using this example for our recent loss, and for the many that are sure to come if I get to hang out on this planet as long as I’d like to. Embracing and flowing with the realities death, loss and grief feels so healthy.
