Renu Desai Instagram – . Since I started Neethone dance shoot almost everyday I get messages about my food and exercise details. I am asked about my daily routine, what diet do I follow and what beauty products do I use. . – It’s a little hard to believe (celebrity & all 🙄) but I cannot “diet” or just eat soup and salad and starve myself to look thin. – Instead I do yoga and weight training and eat healthy “home food”. ( I, anytime prefer home rice and dal than cold salad and soup🙈) This is a post for all the young girls and in general all the ladies who look at the celebrities on social media and start hating their “imperfect” bodies. . -Yes, we have to be healthy and fit, but life has given us all unique shapes and we should learn to love our bodies the way they are. Don’t compare your self with a zero figure celebrity and get sad. Do lots of YOGA, drink lots of water, eat stomach full home food and be generally happy. Don’t get sad or unhappy if you are 4-5 kgs above your stipulated weight. *Happiness does have its own weight 😁 – – – yoga pics 📸 @guidinglyght
