Ridhima Pandit Instagram – “A workout is a celebration for what your body can do not a punishment for what you ate” .. I felt this today.. I have had a stressful relationship with food when I am in an emotionally challenging phase.. Which I have been off late and last night I landed up stress eating to the point that I thought I was going to burst 💥😛.. No points for guessing then began the cycle of self blaming, using harsh words for self , name calling that sounds like “Ridhima you are stupid, who eats like that who eats a donut while you are trying to transform, you are silly” phewww now that I hear it out loud it does sound terribly harsh..plus I was fasting today but something amazing happened as I dragged my feet to workout today.. I had one of my best and strongest workout today again let me say it while “FASTING” 🙆🏻‍♀️ I did not know what kinda mental and physical strength I had in me today.. but look at me here, doing a deadlift, lifting more that my body weight… I am so proud of myself .. ofcourse all of this is possible with the right guidance by my coach @amolkdm , at my fav gym @flyingsquadss ..
