Update for my fellow acl’ers : It’s been 14 months since surgery and recovery has been great, I’m able to do almost everything I did pre injury. The surgeon told me it would take 18 months for full recovery, so we have 4 more months to go And to everyone in my dms asking if it hurts, yes it does! Somedays the pinch of pain does come back warning me to not exert, When i sit in a position for tooooo long it hurts There are still some things I’m scared to try But rehab and recovery is a long and hard process, and everyday is a different struggle, So Just don’t give up on yourself 🤍
