Use this sauce with either chicken, turkey, peas and paneer OR mac and cheese, yup!
INGREDIENTS
* 2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 2 onions, chopped
* 3 tbsp chopped ginger
* 6 garlic cloves, crushed
* 1 can of diced tomatoes
* 1/2 cup coconut milk
* 1 cup of water
* 2 tbsp almond butter
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* salt, to taste
SPICES
* 1 tsp turmeric
* 1 tsp ground coriander
* 1 tsp ground cumin
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 1 tbsp Garam Masala
* 4 cardamom pods (seeds)
