WHY!” But now I continue to see the “WHY”, and I am beyond thankful for every hardship and adversity. This song by @dannygokey is my therapy… it has saved me! ••• Found this letter and wanted to share it with you all – Open Letter from the God Who Makes All Things New My dear child, The previous years have been quite a roller-coaster ride for you. The past decade had seen both breakings and breakthroughs, joy and pain, failure and success. I have seen your struggles—how you tried so hard to walk by faith and how you faced every challenge that comes your way. I want you to know that none of your experiences is wasted. I am using both the good and bad experiences to shape you into the person I created you to be. I have kept your tears in a bottle, for they are precious to me (Psalm 56:8). I was there when you thought of giving up. You thought there was no one to support you, no one who believed in you. But, My child, I was there, quietly cheering you on and guiding you by My hand. I gave you strength in your moment of weakness. Didn’t I promise not to leave you nor forsake you? (Deuteronomy 31:6) My child, when you felt unlovable and you were drowning in shame, that was when I was lavishing My love on you. For I formed you in the womb, and I saw you even before your parents first laid eyes on you (Psalm 139:13). Even before you were born, I set you apart for Me and I decided to love you for the rest of eternity. You are Mine, and nothing will ever separate you from My love (Romans 8:39). As you face another decade, I want you to know that I am your Father. I will protect you, take care of you, and love you no matter what happens. I am the God who makes all things new. This year is a gift from Me to you. I am doing a new thing in your life. Prepare to be amazed, for I will exceed the past victories of the previous decade. Wait and you’ll see that I can do so much more.
