This is @paradepicturesworldwide (David Warry-Smith). We recently got to work together and did that “What did we work on together???” Thing.
WELLLLLLLLLL – David gave me my VERY FIRST ACTING JOB! On a long forgotten show called Two that he was directing. I was originally auditioning for a smaller role, and after I read David said he wanted me to go out in the hall for 20 min and learn the sides for the guest star. (This was like a super big deal for me at the time).
I got the part. I’ll never forget calling my parents and screaming into the phone I GOT THE PART!!!!!! Which remains a long running joke between me and my parents.
Getting this part completely changed the course of my life and my career. Getting to see David and tell him that story….and how what was likely an insignificant moment in his life had a massive impact on mine was honestly such a perfect full circle moment for me.
