Turns out I’m still a miserable a$$hole but, at least I’m now one with a clearer head, less bloating and no hangover.
Getting sober was easy for me, the hard part is what came after. It’s been a tough year of really looking at myself and finding the courage to make some changes.
All that said, 100% recommend.
Also, I don’t know that I’ll be sober forever. And that’s ok!
