Christian Kane Instagram – The first time I met Keith David @silverthroat was at an awards ceremony. I walked up and shook his hand and without either realizing, we had ended up giving each other a hug. I was a huge fan of his and come to find out, he watched Leverage and knew who this kid was. I was so honored. I proceeded to take a huge step by asking an American icon to do me a favor. I said “I have an idea for you to come play a role on Leverage” a role that has been up front in my characters mind that @officialdeandevlin @jonrog1 and I came up with almost during season 1 of Leverage. I didn’t/couldn’t tell him what it was, but he said he’d love to. Low and behold the time came for me to make the call and he said yes. He blessed me with a figure that was a ghost in my mind and when He walked in as the character, I’m telling you…. not another actor in the world was better for this piece of an intricate puzzle that was always present but always missing. Thank you @silverthroat for being who you are and who I wanted you to be. I’ll forever be grateful. I love you man. I hope you enjoyed the journey we took.
