Danny Way Instagram – This recent photo is the last time I got to see and hang out with @kenblock43 . I started living with Ken at 17 years old and to look back and see all the childhood dreams we’ve accomplished together brings me tears of joy. We created @dcshoes together at such young ages with @damonway @colinmckay. We had such a bond in our mindsets which was that we could achieve anything we wanted, never give up, and never doubt ourselves with our potential together or alone. So proud I was able to be so close to and learn so much from this pioneer and visionary. I’ve met a lot of people throughout my career and lifetime, but Ken was by far the most brilliant brand / marketing visionary I’ve ever met. When the driving career started I was like… WTF he’s good at this too?? I / we all will forever miss Ken, but I will always carry the traits / knowledge I admired so much about him with me and apply them to my own life.
