David Chang Instagram – The inaugural @nflonprime Black Friday game is in the books. Been working on this leftover sandwich for a few months…we finally got to unveil The Wedge Buster, presented to the mvps of game We worked on a special bread with @wholefoods head baker to be soft, yet sturdy enough to hold 16+ leftovers..have enough size so it doesn’t look small for an nfl player. Trying to incorporate flavors like jerk…which is one of @rsherman25 favorite foods and we got some boudin from @cochonbutchernola for @andrewwhitworth77…etc etc. had to put in some @momofukugoods hot honey too. The Wedge Buster is like a scrapbook of the TNF team. So happy that @cheetah & @cwilkins42 enjoyed the food 🙏
