Dilruk Jayasinha Instagram – Happy Anniversary to me! Yesterday the 21st of September was officially 13 years since I did my first ever standup spot at @thecomicslounge and bombed spectacularly💣. Glad my “act outs” got a better response last night at that same venue than all those years ago. Thank you to the @thecomicslounge for the unwavering support over the years as well as all the open mic room runners who kept giving me gigs so I could improve even though I stank up their stages so much in those first few years 🙏🏾💗
Dilruk Jayasinha Instagram – To say I’m excited to be part of this weekend’s @grapesofmirth’s massive comedy festival @comedyinthevines is an understatement. Even though I don’t drink anymore and I’m not performing on the Sunday, I’m still hanging out for the whole weekend, coz why wouldn’t you when the line up is stacked with deadset crushers of comedy from all over the world.
