Ed Stafford Instagram – I just goodbye to @laurabingham93 and the kids (again) as I fly from our home in the jungle in Costa Rica to London to do pickups & VO for the Channel 4 show that we shot in July / August. Less than 24 hours in the UK then fly to Namibia for @discovery channel to film all new #Marooned. My favourite survival format where I just have a pair or shorts, two hands and half a brain to aim to not just survive – but thrive 😎. Here we go again…. 😏 @dannyeth
