The unforgettable adventure called “Lohengrin” has come to an end. It took me almost three years to complete this work, and it was accompanied by incredible events that proved to be tests of endurance. But the pleasure that me and my wonderful team experienced from working in Paris, at the Opera @operadeparis, with incredible singers, actors (all of you are great!), and the famous theater chorus, with Maestro @alexandersoddy (the special joy of collaboration!) and the orchestra – it’s incomparable. Wagner’s music is both beauty and pain, inseparable from each other. The last performance was canceled due to a strike by technicians, only the music remained. And it should stay, even after the destruction of the performance’s mandala.
