Martyn Ford Instagram – Well, this has to be the fastest cut I’ve EVER DONE ….. we are still 4 days away from filming, so I know I can still drop a load more, the joy of not knowing when filming starts 😂 …. But as always, I love a challenge, and I’m extremely happy with results so far. Down from 142kg and now sitting at 137kg in 4 days, training 4-5 hours a day, sauna and 80g of carb a day 😂🤦‍♂️ ….. it’s not ideal, but tough times, call for drastic measures ….. let’s get to work 👊🔥 HUGE shout out to @animalpak and the Animal Cuts, definitely added an extra dimension. #animalpak #fitness #fatloss
