Michael Bisping Instagram – I just popped into @tomaspinallofficial locker room and as always he was cool, calm and collected. Moments like this tonight are career defining and life changing. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little nervous for him but as fighters it’s always like that when someone other than yourself is competing. He asked me if I had any last minute advice. I went into some game plan stuff which I won’t go into detail about here but I finished by telling him to just be himself. From what we’ve seen so far that will be more than enough.
