Michael Fishman Instagram – 35 Years Ago We burst on the screen, unlike anything that had ever been seen before. We were different, loved, hated, controversial, honest, authentic… What a journey! Most of my stories never told. A lifetime of standing in front of the world. A legacy of work, charity, public tribulations and personal connections. Both a witness and a participant to groundbreaking history, still fully discovering all the reverberations. Mine is a face, name, and voice you know. Working and representing hundreds of other talented creative artists I was lucky to call peers and coworkers. I honor them daily. Always uniquely aware and compelled to celebrate their contributions. Blessed not just to watch the world change, but often be an active participant. Raised with talented, chaotic, complex, and loving forces of nature. I’ve been building, learning, growing in real time before the world. Thank you to everyone who shared a stage. To those who helped shape me. To the carnies who raised me. The business that forged me to dream and use my voice. Most of all, to every person who let us in their home to share the journey. Maybe we made you laugh, cry, rage, question, or simply shake your head. At our best, in our true humanity, we connect and change together.
