Nicola Mouawad Instagram – Yesterday I was asked to take part of a beautiful initiative made by @lbci @aub_lebanon @lebanesebreastcancerfoundation & @cedarsart to support fundraising for breast cancer patients in lebanon. I couldn’t but talk about Gaza.. I ask again all my fellow artists Arabs & non Arabs to keep speaking up.. WE have platforms for a reason.. and there s no better way for us to use our platforms than for matters that matter. Not taking sides, being silent means you re already approving and taking part in this #genocide . #ceasefire مبارح، دُعيت للمشاركة بمبادرة انسانيّة رائعة قامت فيها ال lbci و جامعة بيروت الاميركية و مؤسسة سرطان الثدي بلبنان و شركة الصبّاح ميديا لجمع التبرّعات لعلاج المصابين بسرطان الثدي بلبنان. ما قدرت ما استغلّ الفرصة تا إحكي عن المجزرة اللي عم بتصير بغَزّة. برجع بكرّر و بطلب من كل زملائي الفنّانين و كل حدا عندو تأثير و منصّة ما توقفوا تحكو عن غزّة.. عنّا منصّات لَسبب، و ما في أحسن من انّك تستعمل منصتك لتحكي عن الأمور المهمّة. بهيك وضع، ما في شي إسمو حياد. سكوتك يعني انت موافق و مشارك بيلّي عم بيصير.
