Sullivan Stapleton Instagram – I was very lucky to have spent quite a few years in South Africa filming Strike Back. That show meant so much to me because of the work we got to do, the training, the places we went and the people I met. The man pictured is a man I called Uncle Shrek, he called me a lot of things but most importantly, his friend. Alton and his team @cape_medics kept all of us safe and sound, healthy and strong enough to keep pushing ourselves to our limits. @cape_medics have started @1ccfoundation Their sole purpose is to provide FREE ICU paediatric care to anyone in South Africa!
