I received a recording this week and it’s about an African American man named Paul, who is being housed at FPC PENSACOLA where my dad is. This recording is of multiple correctional officers and one lieutenant named Brundage. Correctional officer Church is the one yelling the profanity! And they are all discussing STEALING a cellphone that they confiscated from an inmate and then (allegedly) SELLING IT! If this Kind of cunduct is allowed to continue then nothing good will ever Change within the BOP. These officers should be terminated and referred to the US ATTORNEYS OFFICE, OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL, OFFICE OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE DIRECTOR OF THE BOP COLLETTE PETERS and REGIONAL DIRECTOR SHANNON PHELPS for Criminal Prosecution. These officers are literally discussing selling phones that they take from inmates so that they can line their own pockets with money. … Here’s a theory: If you Listen to the recording CO CHURCH very well could have placed the phone and set this Guy up.
